Health starts in the kitchen. These products will make your life easier and your body and immunity stronger!

Vitamix.png

VITAMIX HIGH-SPEED BLENDER:   This is by far the BEST investment I've ever made for my health! I LOVE using my Vitamix every single day to make smoothies, juices, almond and nut milks, soups, ice-cream, frozen yogurt... even liposomal vitamin C!

I know they're kinda pricey. This one is refurbished, so you get it at a much better deal, and you won't even know the difference.

I'm not kidding. This is a wise and wonderful investment in your well-being.

NUTRI-BULLET BLENDER/MIXER:   I got this first, before getting the Vitamix, to see if I would like making my own smoothies, soups & sauces. I, of course, did!

It's a great little machine for one or two smoothie servings, and I usually use it for quick sauces, pesto, and hummus as well. It's great for travel, too, so you can keep up with your healthy smoothies on the go.

A good introduction to blending and juicing, yet, ultimately, it's not as powerful or as capable as the Vitamix. If you don't want to spend too much $ right now, this would be a good first option.

UPDATE: This item is temporarily out of stock. There are other options on Amazon (A new unit with 900 watts power). I like having  a variety of cup sizes, so I recommend you get the basic unit with one cup. And purchase the additional cup kit. (The combo photo below the original...)

Breville Juicer.png

BREVILLE JUICER (COLD):   I've owned about 5 different juicers. I finally found the one that works beautifully for me! Why? It replicates cold-pressed technology (even though it's not) so juices don't heat up, maintaining their nutritional value.

It has a wide mouth on top, so it minimizes chopping time (you can add a whole apple!) It has a large capacity pitcher, with a way to keep it closed so air doesn't get in (juices last up to 72 hours in the fridge!)  And, it's super easy to clean.

Need I say more? Oh! The price is surprisingly affordable! You'll love it, I'm sure.

Mac Knife.png

MAC- JAPANESE VEGETABLE KNIFE:   Some things cost a little more money, AND they're totally worth it. This is one of those things.

I've had my MAC knife for over 20 years! The same knife! Yes, I sharpen it periodically, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm so used to it, I can't use other types of knives!

It speeds up your kitchen prep, it has a nice weight, you can use it as a spatula to place chopped veggies onto the skillet. If you intend to make healthy cooking a new way of life, you deserve a wonderful knife like this!

Keemake Knife.png

KEEMAKE NAKIRI VEGETABLE KNIFE:   This is another great option for a beautiful knife that will make your life easier in the kitchen.

It's not as fabulous as the Mac above, but if you're just getting started you probably won't be able to tell the difference.

And... it's a little less than half the price! So, now you have no excuses. I promise, once you get used to these knives, you'll wonder why you ever tried anything else. Enjoy!

Ellies Nutmilk Bag.png

ELLIE'S NUT MILK BAG:  I love making my own almond, coconut or other nut milk (or a combo if I'm feeling adventurous!) There's nothing like it that's ready-made. This nut-milk bag is large, super sturdy, easy to clean. And it lasts a long time!

Here's my recipe for home-made almond milk. You can also use other nuts, or shredded coconut! Add turmeric, cinnamon, blueberries. Be creative!

GINGER GRATER.png

GINGER GRATER:  If you use ginger often (and it's a great idea because it's so amazing) you'll love having a ginger grater (which can also be used for garlic, onion, etc.)

What's different about this is that you can grate the ginger and then press the pulp to allow only the ginger juice to come out to make tea, or to add to dressings and foods WITHOUT the fibrous pulp, which can be quite pungent and hard to eat.  It's a beautiful and helpful addition to your kitchen toolbox.
